NFIB, the Voice of Small Business, seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in the United States. This hunter/closer role focuses on enrolling small business owners as NFIB members, using a proven 5-minute presentation and a close-on-the-spot payment.

You will travel to meet owners, build relationships, and represent NFIB in Washington, D.C., and state capitals. We offer paid training, full benefits, uncapped commission and bonus plan, and a self-directed schedule that rewards top performers.

Qualifications

• Professional perseverance to push through rejection and close deals.
• Strategic adaptability to overcome objections quickly.
• Proven track record in sales, military leadership, education, or small business ownership.
• Ability to use digital sales tools and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by conducting in-person cold calls to small business owners.
• Master and deliver the 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close deals with an assumptive one-call close and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and rights.
