National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership among independent business owners nationwide. This Hunter/Closer role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and full benefits.

You will prospect in person, deliver NFIB’s concise five-minute presentation, close memberships on the spot, and advocate for small business rights in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurs or leaders who own or ran a business, or managed a territory.
• Strong persistence to cold-call and build rapport with owners.
• Willingness to learn a proven, structured sales model.
• Commitment to growing NFIB and advocating for small business.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: meet small business owners via in-person calls (no appointments).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a concise, 5-minute sales pitch.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: explain NFIB protections to owners at local and national levels.
