Qualifications

• Hunter/Closer role requiring ownership of membership growth by engaging independent business owners.
• Persistence to conduct in-person cold calls and build rapport with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a proven 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C., and state capitals.
