Job summary

At Simpay, the Membership Advisor role focuses on introducing and selling the Exectras Membership to SMBs. You'll build relationships with business owners from warm lists and guide them through the benefits of Exectras.

You'll combine outbound calling, virtual presentations, and occasional in-person meetings to close memberships, with uncapped earning potential and support from a growth-focused fintech team in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in B2B or inside sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Educate decision-makers on Exectras Membership value.
• Identify needs and position membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM.
• Follow up via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
