Job summary

Simpay is seeking a driven Membership Advisor to sell the Exectras Membership program to small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll work from warm prospect lists sourced from associations with established relationships, not cold calling.

This role rewards high activity, outbound selling, and building relationships with business owners, with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong listening and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Educate decision-makers on Exectras Membership value.
• Identify needs and position as a solution for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to close.
• Aim to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and pipeline activity.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing product training.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
