Job summary

Simpay is seeking a Membership Advisor to sell the Exectras Membership to small and medium businesses. You’ll work from warm prospect lists from associations, combining outbound calls with virtual and in-person presentations.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with generous earning potential as you close opportunities. A fast-paced, relationship-driven environment awaits and you’ll collaborate with teams to optimize member value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or business development).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate on the Exectras Membership program.
• Identify customer needs and position the membership as a win-win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
