Job summary

Simpay is a fast-growing fintech company seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to sell the Exectras Membership to SMBs. You will work with warm lists from associations, educate owners, and close deals with uncapped earning potential.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a path for career growth in a high-activity environment where you build relationships and drive value for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate them on the Exectras Membership program.
• Identify customer needs and position the membership as a solution that benefits both employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact through close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
