Job summary

Simpay is seeking a results-driven Membership Advisor to promote the Exectras Membership to SMBs. You will combine outbound calling with virtual and in-person presentations, building relationships with owners and decision-makers to drive new memberships.

Ideal candidates thrive in a high-activity sales environment, enjoy educating business owners, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential through commissions, with base pay plus incentive structure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside B2B or BD preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners from assigned lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate on Exectras Membership.
• Identify customer needs and position membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from contact to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and pipeline activity.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities.
