Job summary

Simplify operations and drive value for SMBs at Simpay, a fintech-focused solutions provider. The Membership Advisor role focuses on introducing and selling the Exectras Membership to small and mid-sized businesses, leveraging warm prospect lists and association networks.

You’ll combine outbound outreach with relationship-based, in-person selling where appropriate. This high-activity sales role emphasizes educating business owners, closing deals, and uncapped earning potential through a base

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or business development preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate on Exectras Membership.
• Identify needs and position the membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and deliver virtual, phone, and in-person presentations as appropriate.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and maintain CRM records.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and other channels.
• Attend sales meetings, coaching sessions, and product trainings.
• Collaborate with marketing/leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
