The candidate should have a BA/BS in a related field and at least two years of sales and customer service experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• 2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous fitness experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to gather data, prepare reports, and complete administrative paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective members.
• Take tours of the facility, present membership options, and close sales.
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve membership issues.
• Develop lead generation and follow-up systems for members and prospects.
• Document, execute, and track sales processes and outcomes.
• Support front desk during peak hours and promote J programs and services.
• Assist with marketing pieces and events to boost lead generation.
• Attend meetings and represent the club in a professional manner.
