Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in a related field required.
• 2 years sales and customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Fitness/program knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to gather data and prepare reports.

• Prospect for sales leads and close membership sales.
• Schedule tours and follow up with prospective members.
• Promote membership options and upgrades to increase revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve member issues.
• Develop and manage lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Document and track sales activities and results.
• Support front desk during peak hours and events.
• Promote J programs and services to members and guests.
