Job summary

ACAC - ATLANTIC COAST ATHLETIC CLUBS is hiring a Membership Advisor to drive new memberships and maintain member satisfaction. You will cultivate relationships, perform tours, and promote club programs while leveraging the membership software to track leads and activities.

You should have strong communication skills, prior sales or customer service experience, and be comfortable working varied shifts to meet monthly targets and support a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior professional sales experience in commission-based role preferred.
• Prior customer service experience highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to use membership software.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for memberships.
• Meet or exceed weekly call goals and outreach targets.
• Prospect leads, schedule appointments, and tour prospective members.
• Use and operate membership management software effectively.
• Promote membership and programs with creative ideas.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, policies, and procedures.
