National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership with independent business owners across the United States. This Hunter/Closer role emphasizes a high-intensity field approach, uncapped commissions, and best-in-class training.

You will engage owners, present a concise value proposition, and enroll members with on-the-spot payment processing. The position offers W-2 employment with full benefits, structured training pay, and a schedule

Qualifications

• Prospecting to meet small business owners in person.
• Ability to close new memberships using a proven sales model.
• Comfort handling objections and rapid learning in a field environment.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM basics.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our five-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
