National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in a hunter/closer capacity. You will grow membership by engaging independent business owners across diverse industries and deliver NFIB’s proven sales presentation in person.

This role emphasizes advocacy and closing with on-the-ground outreach in local markets. NFIB offers paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus plan designed to reward top performers who drive growth and advocacy

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person or field-based outreach to meet small business owners.
• NFIB Presentation: master and deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close: use an assumptive close to enroll members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
