Job summary

El Car Wash in Maryland is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, blending friendly service with sales to grow memberships and loyalty. You’ll welcome customers, educate them on our Unlimited Membership, resolve concerns, and turn service into lasting value while logging feedback for the team.

This frontline, hourly role requires energy, reliability, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, outdoors in all conditions.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and professional image.
Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted and engaging.
Build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
Goal-oriented with ability to hit metrics.
Strong empathy paired with sales drive.
Confident handling complaints on the spot.
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience helpful.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — beneficial in South Florida markets.

Responsibilities

Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, leaving customers impressed.

Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
