El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering confident service and driving membership growth. This frontline, hourly role emphasizes converting interactions into loyalty and ensuring customers leave with a standout experience.

You will welcome guests, educate them on the Unlimited Membership, resolve issues professionally, and maintain a clean environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with outdoor work in all conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly.
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.

• Educate customers on our Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
• Read the customer, adjust your approach, and close — without ever being pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally. When things go sideways, you make it right and leave them impressed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.
