El Car Wash is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering high-energy, customer-focused service and driving loyalty through our membership program. You’ll engage guests, educate them on Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving concerns with professionalism, and keeping the site clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and professional image.

Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
Goal-oriented and results-driven; knows your numbers.
Strong empathy paired with sales drive; reads customers and adapts.
Confident handling of complaints on the spot; resolves issues.
Comfortable with site technology and POS systems.
Available for evenings, weekends and holidays; comfortable working outdoors.

Capture what matters by logging feedback in Micrologic and sharing insights with the team.
