El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering standout service while driving membership growth and loyal visits. You will welcome customers with energy, educate them on the Unlimited Membership, and turn interactions into sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming site.

Ideal candidates are extroverted, dependable, and comfortable with POS systems, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with experience in sales or hospitality a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image — show up on time and polished.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted and engaging in customer-facing moments.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven — know your numbers and hit them.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive — read the customer and adjust.
• Confident handling of complaints on the spot and resolving them.
• Familiarity with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.
