El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering standout experiences and driving membership growth. You’ll combine service energy with sales drive, turning every interaction into loyalty while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming site.

The role is frontline and hourly, requiring evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, with opportunities to log feedback and contribute to continuous improvement at the site operations level.

Responsibilities

• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
