Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering energetic service and converting interactions into membership growth and lasting loyalty. You will welcome customers, promote the Unlimited Membership, and read each guest to tailor your approach while closing sales with trust and integrity.

Responsibilities include resolving concerns promptly, keeping the site clean and safe, and capturing feedback to help the team continuously improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image — you show up on time, polished, and ready
• Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy
• Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
• Read the customer, adjust approach, and close — without being pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally; leave customers impressed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all customer-facing areas.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.
