El Car Wash in Florida is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers with energy, educate them about the Unlimited Membership, and turn visits into lasting loyalty. You are the face of EL, combining service energy with natural sales drive.

You will work frontline in a walk-up setting, with evenings, weekends, and holidays available. The role emphasizes customer care, problem solving, and logging feedback to help the team improve operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Energetic, extroverted, customer-facing.
• Build rapport quickly; influence without pushing.

• Empathy paired with sales drive.
• Confident handling complaints; resolve on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems.

• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida.
