Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, combining service energy with sales drive to grow memberships and loyalty.

You will welcome customers, educate them on unlimited memberships, and turn every interaction into a positive, lasting impression. The role requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends outdoors.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and professional image.
Charismatic, high-energy presence.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Strong empathy paired with sales drive.
Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot.
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.

Responsibilities

Log customer feedback in Micrologic and flag issues early for the team.
