Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a part-time Service Desk Associate in Salisbury, MD to greet members, assist with memberships, and maintain a clean front desk and facility. You will answer inquiries, process memberships, operate the POS system, and support staff in daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service experience, plus basic computer literacy. Training is provided to ensure a positive Judgement Free Zone experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred; and,
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
• Perform club housekeeping including cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Assist with club walks and checklists.
