Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated hospitality-oriented team member to assist with daily gym operations and member services. You will perform front desk tasks, answer calls, assist with member sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts, and help tour potential members.

Responsibilities include supporting staff training, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, addressing member service issues, and backing the Club Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role with focus on delivering positive member experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and member interactions.
• Ability to lead, train, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
• Good listening, empathy, and problem-solving to resolve member issues.
• Proficiency with common computers and basic data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Front desk tasks: answer calls, take information, greet guests.
• Assist member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Give gym tours to potential members and promote the club.
• Support marketing efforts and communicate promotions to staff.
• Help maintain cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Order supplies, track inventory, and generate simple reports.
