Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Service Desk Associate in Bowie, MD. You will greet members, manage access, answer inquiries, sell memberships, and operate the POS system while maintaining a clean front desk and accurate records.

You will schedule training sessions, conduct tours, and help guests. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a positive, judgment-free environment in a fitness club setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Mansioni

• Greet members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer phones and handle member/guest questions.
• Give tours and sell memberships; enter data into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Schedule fitness training appointments.
• Perform club housekeeping and safety checks.
