Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk oriented team member to deliver exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to members and guests in Palm Desert, CA. You will greet visitors, answer calls, give tours, and assist with sign-ups and account updates.

You will support member services, handle routine inquiries, and help maintain a clean, organized club environment while collaborating with the Club Manager and team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to greet members and answer questions.
• Experience with front desk or reception tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a positive customer experience.
• Answer front desk calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours, assist with member check-ins and sign-ups.
• Assist with cancellations and BCM amenity usage and update member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to the Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
