Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a part-time Service Desk Associate in Baltimore, MD to provide outstanding member support, manage memberships, and maintain the club's cleanliness and organization. You will greet members, handle inquiries, and assist management with daily operations.

The role includes selling memberships, operating the front desk, and ensuring a welcoming environment consistent with our brand. Previous CS experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and farewell on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Keep front desk organized and maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training sessions.
• Perform club housekeeping and routine cleaning tasks.
