Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is hiring a part-time Service Desk Associate at our Upper Marlboro, MD location. The role focuses on service desk operations, membership sales, and facility cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.

You will greet customers, manage club access, assist with tours and memberships, operate the POS system, and support daily front-desk tasks while upholding our standards of service and brand promise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
