Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is hiring a Service Desk Associate to support club operations and member services at the Aberdeen, MD location. You will greet members, manage access, handle inquiries, and assist with sales and memberships on a day shift.

The role requires strong communication, friendly customer service, and the ability to operate a POS system. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior service or sales experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS and collect balances on past-due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
