Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to their needs or direct to the appropriate person or department.
• Handle establishment of new membership and open all accounts; process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Record transactions in Margo system and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter; operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Prepare and verify cash delivery and shipment weekly; assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Answer phone, file paperwork, scan documents, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
