Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in-person, by phone, and through digital channels with a positive, professional attitude.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Open new member accounts, CDs, and savings products while explaining features and benefits.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Resolve member inquiries and account issues with first-contact resolution.
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
