State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Member Service/ Teller professional to greet members, open and maintain accounts, and answer inquiries across multiple channels. You will manage cash, balance drawers and vaults, and assist with drive-thru operations while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Able to greet members and respond to needs with patience and professionalism.
• Strong communication and basic math skills for handling transactions.

Responsabilités

• Handle establishment of new membership and open accounts.
• Process changes in accounts and educate members on services.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter with accuracy.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports: vault control, returned checks, Visa gift cards, tickets, forgeries, coin sorter.
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Grant payment advances on lines of credit after approval.
