Planet Fitness Worcester seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgment-free experience for members and guests.

You will greet, assist, handle sign-ups and billing, promote the Judgement Free Zone, meet sales goals, and keep the club clean and safe. Training provided, flexible full-time and part-time shifts, with benefits for full-time staff.

Candidates should be 18+, willing to become CPR/AED certified, and proficient with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by assisting members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
