Job summary

Planet Fitness, a welcoming Judgement Free Zone, seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service to members and prospective guests. You will greet, check in, answer inquiries, process sign-ups, and support club operations in a busy fitness environment.

Flex scheduling with opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles; candidates should be 18+, willing to obtain CPR/AED certification, and comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to assist customers and members with professionalism.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter/exit; assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions: sign-ups, info updates, cancellations, renewals.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours with prospective members to assess needs and sign them up.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and uncluttered.
