Job summary

Planet Fitness in Dedham, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative. You will deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests, greet visitors, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and support membership processing and inquiries.

Responsibilities include answering phones, tours for prospective members, retail transactions, and maintaining clean facilities. Preference for CPR/AED certification and basic computer skills; full- and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist with member journeys on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and club sales goals.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and promote tours.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities and address safety issues.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with members.
