Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free Zone experience in our club. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, and promote services while supporting membership activities. The role offers flexible scheduling with possible full-time or part-time shifts.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a passion for helping others. Training is provided for CPR/AED certification and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering help.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to monthly and yearly targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and Recovery Zone amenities.
