Planet Fitness in North Attleboro, MA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone experience. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, answer questions, and support club operations across a busy fitness floor.

The role emphasizes strong communication, member engagement, and daily tasks such as sign-ups, updating details, and maintaining clean facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by assisting members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing tasks.
• Achieve or exceed individual and club sales goals.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Maintain clean and sanitized equipment and facilities daily.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate openly, build relationships, and uphold CORE values.
