Planet Fitness Reading, MA seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior guest experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with questions, promote services, and support membership needs on the club floor and over the phone.

Responsibilities include sign-ups, updates, and transfers, achieving sales targets, and keeping the club clean and safe. The role offers part-time and full-time shifts with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journey.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Process sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers accurately.
• Achieve sales goals and support club monthly and yearly targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment and facilities regularly.
