Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a high‑quality, welcoming experience to members and guests. You will greet visitors, assist with questions, and promote the Judgement Free Zone® while maintaining club cleanliness and assisting with memberships.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing sign‑ups and updates, meeting sales goals, and coordinating with management on escalated concerns. A CPR/AED certification is encouraged and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities; restrooms clean and stocked.
• Address safety and policy issues; communicate maintenance needs.
