Planet Fitness in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience in a Judgement Free Zone. You will assist members and guests at check-in, promote the brand, handle memberships, and support club operations with a positive, reliable attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, processing sign-ups and cancellations, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns during check-in
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to the Club Manager when needed
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries
• Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets
• Conduct member tours to assess membership needs
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities; ensure restrooms are stocked and clean
• Address maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
