Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, drive membership sales, and manage front desk operations with a focus on service quality. You’ll answer phones, support program promotions, and help maintain a welcoming club environment.

You’ll promote tanning, group fitness, childcare, and member perks while ensuring smooth check-ins, accurate procedures, and a grand-opening ready facility daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and engage in the Crunch SLA process.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare; handle check-ins and guest conversions.
