Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the face of the club, delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership sales. You will handle check-ins, promote programs like tanning and group fitness, and help keep the front desk and lobby pristine.

You will greet members and guests with energy, manage retail and tanning product sales, and support new member enrollments while meeting service-level expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a service-oriented role is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong reading and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm at the front desk.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Handle new member enrollments and check-ins, meeting service level expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
