Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the face of the club, providing a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests. You will assist with membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level expectations.

You will handle front desk operations, support club cleanliness, and promote programs like group fitness and tanning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members and guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures and resolves check-in issues.
