Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, drive membership sales, manage front desk operations, and promote club programs in a welcoming, energetic environment. You will ensure smooth check-ins, support program promotions, and help maintain a clean, grand-opening-ready facility.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate procedures, and proactive engagement with members and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets all members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Checks in all members and guests according to procedures and resolves check-in issues.
