Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to greet members, handle front desk operations, and support membership sales. You’ll promote tanning, group fitness, childcare, and other services while delivering friendly, efficient customer care.

You’ll join a fast-growing team that emphasizes high-energy culture, competitive pay, and a free gym membership. CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm at the front desk.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales and promotions.
• Check-in members and guests; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Promote club programs, events, and services; maintain a clean front desk area.
