Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and assist with memberships and retail sales. You’ll promote club programs, keep the front desk organized, ensure a clean, grand-opening ready environment, and contribute to a high-energy member experience every shift.

Experience in customer service preferred; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and assist front desk operations.
• Promote membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Support programs like group fitness, childcare, and promotions; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle check-ins, answer phones, and maintain club cleanliness to reflect grand-opening readiness.
• Support events and communicate specials to members and guests.
