Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding member service at the front desk. You will assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while upholding Crunch standards in a busy club environment.

You will drive member engagement, greet guests warmly, and support events and programs like group fitness and tanning. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and a clean, welcoming club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and assists with front desk tasks.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness and childcare.
• Checks in members and guests following company procedures and handles issues promptly.
• Answers phones professionally and communicates events to members.
• Maintains a clean, organized front desk and supports opening/closing duties.
