Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to create a welcoming club environment and drive member engagement. You will assist with membership, retail and tanning sales, promote program perks, and deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk.

Expect to check-in members, answer inquiries, maintain club cleanliness, and support events or initiatives. CPR/AED certification can be obtained within 30 days; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a smile and enthusiasm per Crunch SLA.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, child care and other programs.
• Performs check-ins, handles member requests, and maintains a clean front desk area.
