2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments strongly preferred.
Track record of hitting goals or performance targets; self-motivation to raise the bar.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through available options with clarity and consultative approach while encouraging next steps.
Listen carefully, document client information accurately and thoroughly.
Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance goals with consistency and accountability.
Handle objections with composure, redirecting toward solutions without pressure.
Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Follow up with clients to keep momentum and prevent gaps.
