Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Member Sales Associate to join its client-facing team on-site. You will guide clients through options, document details, and pursue personal and team KPIs while maintaining momentum and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in premium service, strong listening skills, and the ability to build trust quickly. Leadership potential is encouraged as growth opportunities expand with Serenity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals and the self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Builds trust quickly and makes clients feel comfortable.
• Handles rejection well, learns from it, stays focused on outcomes.
• Strong listening skills and ability to manage many interactions with quality.
• Some leadership experience or desire to grow into a team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach, encouraging next steps.
• Listen carefully, document client information accurately and thoroughly.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions while maintaining momentum.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and prevent gaps.
